We took advantage of a gorgeous afternoon yesterday, and went to the Japanese Gardens here in Portland. I hadn’t been since I was young, and Jake and Elayna had never been.

It was so beautiful and quiet there. Even Elayna was fairly quiet and took in the beauty of the place!

Her absolute favorite thing about the gardens? There are LOTS of rocks. Big rocks and little rocks… and now that I think about it, I bet there is still a hidden keepsake rock in the saddlebag of the stroller. Ha!!

We had a blast!
